Welcome to Suhlé Wellness. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your appointment.
1. Services
Suhlé Wellness provides professional mobile massage and wellness services within Milton Keynes and surrounding areas (up to 30 miles). Treatments include relaxation, deep tissue, pregnancy, lymphatic drainage, pamper parties, and wellness experiences.
All treatments are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.
2. Bookings & Payment
Appointments are available by booking only.
You can book via the website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for group or pamper party sessions.
- Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or another method agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due on or before the treatment day.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
- If I need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or travel issues, you will be offered a new appointment at your earliest convenience.
4. Travel & Surcharges
Suhlé Wellness is based in Milton Keynes and serves locations within a 30-mile radius.
For bookings outside Milton Keynes, a travel surcharge starting from £20 applies, depending on distance and travel time.
5. Client Health & Consultation
Before your first treatment, you may be asked to complete a short consultation form to help tailor the massage to your needs and ensure it’s safe for you.
You must inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session.
If I believe a treatment is not suitable for health or safety reasons, I may recommend postponing or referring you to a healthcare professional.
6. Conduct & Comfort
Your comfort and privacy are always respected.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
Any inappropriate comments or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment still required.
7. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure your safety, Suhlé Wellness cannot accept liability for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that occur during or after treatment unless caused by proven negligence.
All treatments are provided by a qualified and insured therapist.
8. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is used only for booking, treatment, or communication purposes.
9. Gift Vouchers & Offers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
- Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless specified.
